Inspired by the Cantarito, Jalisco's tequila-based staple it is the Paloma's supercharged sibling, differing mainly by the vessel in which it is served in; the Cantarito, a traditional clay pot that insulates the cocktail from the region’s heat. The Cantartia is a deceptively simple blend with the award-winning Próspero Blanco at the base with its bright and vibrant notes pairing perfectly alongside the citrus from orange, lime and grapefruit juice, balanced with the natural sweetness of agave nectar syrup. Served over ice topped with soda and a pinch of salt to balance the acidity and sweetness makes it close to the perfect summer drink.
