What’s the shelf life of our cocktails?

Cocktails that contain fresh citrus or puree (i.e. Picante, Passion Fruit Martini, Lychee Martini) have a shelf life of 9 months. Other cocktails that do not contain fresh citrus or puree have a shelf life of between 12-24 months (i.e. Old Fashioned, Negroni, Espresso Martini).

We recommend storing our cocktails in a dark, ambient, and dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 10 days.

All of our bottles have a batch and best before date stamp on the base of the bottle.

How can I contact customer service?

Am I able to change my delivery address?

Please contact us at customercare@lockdown-liquor.com and one of our team will be happy to assist you in changing your delivery address.

What should I do if my order is incorrect or damaged?

If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact our team at customercare@lockdown-liquor.com. We’ll promptly assist you in getting a replacement product sent out.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order, but please act quickly! Contact our team at customercare@lockdown-liquor.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before your order is processed.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we do offer gift cards! They make the perfect gift for any occasion. You can purchase them directly on our website or contact us at customercare@lockdown-liquor.com for more details.

What delivery options do you offer?

We work with several delivery providers who offer Next-working day, 1-3 working day and Weekend Delivery services. Please note, Bank Holidays will affect deliveries and may delay until the next working day.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver across the UK (including N. Ireland, Scotland, Wales & England) as well as Ireland (1-3 working day delivery service).

How much is delivery?

Delivery costs are finalised at time of confirmation and are subject to change dependent on order size and destination.

Do you cater for events, large orders or corporate?

We do indeed! If you email corporate@lockdown-liquor.com with your request we will be more than happy to assist. We also offer custom branding opportunities if required.

Is there a minimum spend required for customised labels?

We provide the ability to customise the labels on the bottle as a complimentary service. Select 'Personalise' on the product page to create your custom label before adding it to your cart. If you have a large order, or require further information, contact corporate@lockdown-liquor.com with your request and we will be more than happy to help you. Please note that branding options outside of our standard format may come at an additional cost. 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Currently we are only able to provide gift packaging for Midi sized bottles; orders of 1-3 bottles will be in Flexi-Hex protective packaging and orders of 4 or more will be individually wrapped in our branded recyclable tissue paper.

When's the last day I can order for the weekend if I use Standard Delivery?

The last day we would recommend ordering would be before 10am on Wednesday. If you have missed this time frame, we would recommend you to order using our Express Delivery or Saturday Delivery Service.
