Inspired by the Cantarito, Jalisco's tequila-based staple, is the Paloma's supercharged sibling. The Jaliscan staple differs from the Paloma mainly by the vessel in which it is served in; the Cantarito, a traditional clay pot that insulates the cocktail from the region's heat.

Honouring the cocktail's heritage, we have collaborated with Próspero Tequila, the award-winning 100% Blue Agave Tequila produced in the lowlands of Jalisco by Stella Anguiano, one of Mexico’s premier female Master Distillers. Rita Ora partners with Stella as Chief Creative Partner of Próspero aligning her creativity and energy to introduce a tequila that is as unique and original as the women who’ve created it.

The Cantartia is a deceptively simple blend with Próspero Blanco at the base with its bright and vibrant notes pairing perfectly alongside the citrus notes from orange, lime and grapefruit, balanced with the natural sweetness of agave nectar syrup. Served over ice, topped with soda and a pinch of salt to balance the acidity and sweetness makes it close to the perfect summer drink.

ABV: 16% vol

Ingredients: Próspero blanco tequila, grapefruit, lime, orange, agave nectar

Serving suggestion: Shake the bottle and pour over an ice-filled highball glass, top with a splash of soda and garnish with a fresh wedge of grapefruit. Alternatively pour over an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with a fresh wedge of lime and pinch of salt.
