Served over ice, topped with soda and a pinch of salt to balance the acidity and sweetness makes it close to the perfect summer drink.

Serving suggestion: Shake the bottle and pour over an ice-filled highball glass, top with a splash of soda and garnish with a fresh wedge of grapefruit. Alternatively pour over an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with a fresh wedge of lime and pinch of salt.
